Founded in 1731 in Beaune by Michel Bouchard, Bouchard Père & Fils, is one of the oldest wine estates in Burgundy, perpetuating tradition for nearly 3 centuries and 9 generations.This village, where the most illustrious wines such as Montrachet or Chevalier-Montrachet are produced has given its name to a magnificent white wine, famed for its distinction, intense mellowness and great aromatic persistence.For this wine, purchases of grapes, 100% Chardonnay, are made through long-term contracts with vine growers, who make a commitment to respecting Bouchard Père & Fils strict quality criteria. The wine is matured for 11 months in 5% new oak barrels.Tasting NotesThis wine shows delicious floral and fruit aromas with a nice oaky note on the nose. An attractive marriage between power and elegance, this wine also offers lovely smoothness. Bright acidity adds to the good aging potential of this Cote D’Or white. 750 ml
