Housed in Napa Valley’s historic Larkmead Winery, these hand crafted wines live up to the heritage of the land.Grapes for this 2018 Napa Cab are sourced primarily from estate vineyards including S&J Vineyard located east of the Vaca Mountain range in Napa’s Capell Valley and Benjamin Vineyard located east of Conn Creek Road in the heart of the Rutherford AVA. Additional vineyard sources include neighboring Quarry Vineyard and Round Pond Estate in Rutherford, Delouise and Shooting Star Vineyards located in Napa Valley.The blend is 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot and 1% Merlot aged 20 months in 33% new and 67% once and twice-filled French oak barrels.James Suckling scored this 93 points saying “A fresh and clean Napa cabernet with blackcurrants and hints of fresh herbs, such as parsley and thyme.
