The Jackson Family’s Galerie produces Cabernet Sauvignon that showcases one of California’s foremost wine-growing regions – Knights Valley. After serving as enologist at Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars and Assistant Winemaker at Cardinale, producing 100% Cabernet Sauvignon at Galerie was an ideal fit for head winemaker Gianna Kelly as she brings this growing region to life.Grapes for this 2017 were sourced from two prime Jackson Family Estate vineyards, the Kellogg Estate Vineyard and the Knights Bridge Estate Vineyard. 21 days of skin contact (cold soak for three days to improve color, flavor and tannin extraction). 100% basket pressed. Malolactic Fermentation in barrels, with native bacteria.
