The Creston Highlands are over 1,300 ft. above sea level with limestone-rich soils which provide ideal conditions for vineyards. Their estate vineyards and winery are Certified Sustainable by CSWA through environmentally friendly farming practices, solar panels, and wastewater treatment and reclamation.2020 was a relatively cool vintage in Paso Robles, giving the fruit extended time on the vine. Grapes were picked for this wine in several passes in October. After a gentle fermentation, the varietal components of this red blend were aged in oak for ten months.
