At entry, the wine is soft and broad, with rich tannins nicely resolved. The mid-palate shows a sense of density and gravity, while the finish displays a touch of sweet aniseed and a long, juicy black-cherry finish.Winemaker: Celia WelchThe Lindstrom 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested from the Nicali Stags Leap District vineyard between September 23 and 30, 2019. The blocks were harvested separately and transferred to French oak barrels (60% new) after pressing. The lots were blended after 12 months in barrel, then returned back to barrels for an additional 6 months.
