Tasting Notes: Fresh and lively aromas of white peach, honeysuckle and lime, together with an underlying minerally streak, make for a pleasant and very inviting light-medium volume aroma. Slightly sweet and wholly balanced by bracing acidity on the palate, the wine is firm and long in flavor, if a tad on the stiff side as it finishes. Like so many of the top Rieslings, this one will get better and better as it ages and, while enjoyable today in its adolescent stage, it would be our very strong recommendation that it be hidden away in the back of the cellar for at least three or four years while it finds a more complete maturity. 91 Points, Connoisseurs’ Guide to California Wine 91 Points, Wine Enthusiast 91 Points, Vinous. com 90 Points, JebDunnuck. com Final Blend: 100% Riesling Hold Time: Enjoy now or hold up to 4 years Alcohol by Volume: Cheers to another unique connoisseur wine club find!
