Once abundant, they are now classified as an endangered species, survivin g in only remote areas. The Winery and its vineyards are located in the southernmost grape growing region in the world at latitude 45 South, inland Central Otago, the heart of New Zealand’s South Island. Grapes are sourced from three sub-regions-39% Bendigo, 50% Pisa, and 11% Gibbston -selected for the distinct characters each location brings to the wine. 100% hand harvested and 12 aged months in older French oak barrels.This wine shows Bright floral and savory aromas.
