Description
Winery: “A generous wine with good substance and a balanced structure, surrounded by a gourmet and fleshy fruity taste. The nose is spicy, with raspberry and cherry hints, together with a touch of licorice. The mouth is very rich with elegant and velvety tannins, and has a good length. Wine-making: stalking, cold maceration for about 3 to 5 days, temperature control, crushing and pumping over 2 to 3 times a day, total fermentation on skins: 18 to 20 days according to vintages.
