This luscious Rodney Strong Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect companion for hearty meat and lamb dishes. We love this California Cabernet with Spanish beef tenderloin Asturias, pan-seared beef tenderloin steaks bathed in a delicious blue cheese-white wine sauce.
